October IEP Checklist

Do you have a copy of your child's IEP?
Do all teachers have a current copy of the IEP? (music, art, p.e. too!)
Are all accommodations listed in the IEP in place right now?
Check on what curriculum in each learning area is being used consistently.
Assure all therapies are being implemented on a regular basis.
Is your student's schedule consistent?
Have you discussed learning priorities with the teachers?
Who is taking data?
Is the staff aware you would like data included at report card time?
